Allen N. Wisser, a teacher in the public schools of Whitehall Township, was born in Fullerton, December 14, 1882. He was reared on the farm and received his education in the public schools, later graduated from the K. S. N. S, class 1905. For two terms he taught in Lower Macungie. He also taught in Hanover Township. In 1909, he was employed by the P. and R. R. R. at Catasauqua. The following year he taught at North Coplay. He is a member of the Lutheran Church and the P.O.S. of A. In 1907 he was married to Esther E. Kercher, a daughter of Milton and Emma (Fegley) Kercher of Kutztown. Issue: Arline E. and Mabel E.
