Lewis H. Reinhard, third son of Henry, was born Oct. 8.1835. He was reared on a farm and resides in South Allentown. He enlisted in the Civil War, in the 176th Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, in Company A, as a sergeant and served nine months. He is a member of St. Mark's Reformed congregation, and of Fearless Castle No. 147, K. of M. C. He married Hannah daughter of George Sanders (Xander) and his wife. Rebecca Brobst, daughter of Daniel Brobst. They had three sons: George H. T,, Milton U,, and Henry.
