Henry Wieder, the eldest son of Valentine. Jr. and Susan (Leibert) Wieder. was born September 10, 1810. He was educated in the schools of the day and was reared upon the farm. Upon reaching manhood, he cultivated the homestead during his lifetime, and his son, Edwin H., succeeded in ownership. He died December 31, 1899, and was interred as Salisbury Reformed Church, of which he was a member, deacon and elder. He married Maria M. Kline, daughter of Peter Kline. She died in 1893. in her 83rd year. Issue: John P; Edwin H.; and Wilmer F.
