Mrs. Eva S. Ruch Brown was born in Ruchsville, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Ann Romich Ruch. Her husband, Paul Frank Brown, preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was survived by a son, Robert E., and two stepsons, Raymond S. and Guy D. Brown. She died November 5. 1948.
