Michael Wehr was born Feb. 3. 1768, and died March 29, 1852, in his 85th year. His wife, Maria nee Bloss, was born April 14, 1779, and died January 3, 1836. They are buried on the new graveyard at the Heidelbeg Church where no less than six generations of the family have been buried. Michael Wehr lived upon the homestead situated in Washington and now owned by Benjamin D. Wehr, a grandson. He was a farmer and his acres were many.
