"She played the piano beautifully & was organist at Christ Church for many years. Her home was always gracious & the food prepared by Lilian Green (her maid) was the best. She cared for her father in her home when he was dying and also her mother who died of cancer at the home on Cherry Street. She held the first woman's driver's license in Talbot Co. As a child, I spent my summers with her and it was a sad day when I had to return to school in Baltimore in September.
